  1. I just found your channel, LOVE your content! I’ve always been a healthy eater, just over eat ! Never had a weight problem, but I’m 57 years young, and the weight is just creeping on. Started during the pandemic and slowly been increasing! I’ve got about 40 lbs to lose, and was wondering how long it took you to lose the weight?!

  2. I absolutely love, primal kitchen buffalo sauce, I might be slightly addicted to it. I also eat it on my Caesar salad. I also love Sriracha, but it depends on what I’m eating.

  3. Really need to get back to the basics myself. I’ve been trying to make elaborate meals due to boredom.
