I realize I’m 2 years late here but hopefully someone can help me out. I’m confused. Maybe I misunderstood something but I thought depleting glycogen encourages lipolysis. If that’s correct, then why would you want to replenish glycogen through food? Wouldn’t you be better off to not eat post workout so your body replenishes glycogen on it’s own by breaking down fat?
