I do have boiled eggs for breakfast…I actually eat 3 boiled eggs without the yolks every morning with half an avocado. The marinated eggs look delicious, but the sodium content seems too high to have those everyday. Maybe once a month I would consider.

Thats took you like half a day for 6 boiled eggs. If your looking an easy meal, just chop onion a bell pepper and a red hot chilli dollop of ghee and garlic ginger paste stir fry in with chikin
